We charge a registration fee of £99.00, for this fee we will negotiate your offer with Estate Agents until we find an acceptable price that you and the seller agree on. If we do not save you money, this fee is refundable.

When you have paid the registration fee you can then access our full phone help and advice service to include a list of helpful trades and financial services.

Finding Buy To Let Property Fee.

Our fee for finding you Buy To Let Property is firstly the £99.00 registration fee and then £100.00 per property that you purchase having been found by us. We also charge £35.00 per hour to go and view these properties on your behalf and report back to you with our findings. Please give us a call for further information on how we can help you. After you have paid the registration fee, we may be able to arrange to come with you on your viewings. We charge £35.00 per hour from leaving and returning to our office (minimum Charge £35.00) to accompany you on viewings but we can view a number of properties with you if you make appointments, going from one property to the other.

House Sale Fees

As we have a client bank of house buyers, we may be able to sell them your property. If we do find a buyer our fees will be £250.00, or we can direct you to an Estate Agent to arrange your sale should you wish.

Improve property sale ability fee.

If your property has been sitting on the market and not sold, we can provide you with some help on how to improve its selling appeal.

The fee to visit your property and supply a written personal view is £99.00. We do not guarantee your property will sell after our visit but we will explain why it has not sold so far in our opinion.
