A service offering advice to home buyers has opened.

Agents4you.co.uk offers home buyers similar service to those offer to sellers by estate agents.

Mr Pearson helps prospective buyers to find homes they want, and places offers on their behalf to the estate agent.

He said: “I know all the estate agents in the area and have a good relationship with them. “I can put in offers that the buyer might be too embarrassed to, because I know how much the property is worth, as opposed to the price it is marked up to be sold at”

The company will help the buyer find a suitable home, and offer advice on the best mortgage deals for them.

The company also puts in offers on behalf of the buyers, saving the buyer, at times, thousands of pounds.

The man behind the company is Paul Pearson, 49 from Cheriton. He has been advising family and friends for years on buying property, and has now decided to set up a business offering his services to other people.

Mr Pearson has been working in the property market since 1988, buying and selling property and also doing home builds.

Mr Pearson said: “Property is a passion of mine, I love the work I do. “Now I want to help people get the best deals when they are buying, for the first time or the elderly buyers.”

Agents4you charges £99 for consultations, and this fee is for the buyer to investigate as many properties as they would like.
