Why can’t I do this myself?

You can, well, some people can! But did they achieve the lowest price? It is very hard for a home buyer to not be emotionally attached when they or there partner find the home that they really want. This emotion stops them from being able to make lower offers or any offer other than the asking price.

How do we know what to offer?

We can soon find out the status of that property sale and whether an offer or how low an offer would be considered.

We may need to make increases to your offer as we go should you wish too.

Should I register if I am making my own offers?

If you place your own offers, you can still profit from being registered with us as we can help you over the phone.

We can advise you on the amount to offer and generally give our opinion to help you with your decision.

When do you make the offer?

After you have viewed the property and decided whether you want the property and how much you want to pay, we then agree with you the amount to offer. You may find that after us talking to the selling agent we can offer lower than we agreed.

Can I have phone advice?

One of the most important rolls of our business is that we will be here for you, to talk to when ever you need help, we are the second opinion need in many cases.

We will talk to you on the phone, listening to your requirements and generally give you the confidence to buy or not, explaining what you do next, guiding you step by step. Remember, we do not have any emotional attachment to your intended purchase and will give you clear minded help to do what you feel is best for you.

Will you come with me to view to property?

You may want us to view the property or properties that you are interested in buying with you for support, we can do this if we have time but we do charge for this service. however, most buyers will not require us to attend viewings after talking to us on the phone.

After you have viewed the property call us should you want us to make the offer.

How much could I save by using you?

This is hard to answer but we do know that we will find the lowest selling price for you without you having the stress of dealing with the Estate Agent.

We will make sure it is a fair price for you, if not, we will help you offer on another property. Please Note: If we do not save you money, you can have your registration fee refunded.

Can you help us get a mortgage?

Yes, we will direct you to a firm of Independent Financial Advisors that specialise in mortgages, being independent, they will find the best mortgage for you and not the best one for there profit as some companies do.

This company can arrange a mortgage or any financial product for you on the phone anywhere in the UK. We have used this company for many years.

 

 

What can we possibly save?

In Kent we can save you money on Removals, Double Glazing, Plumbing etc. As we expand, we will have trade contacts for other areas of the country.

The Financial Company that we recommend already covers the whole of the UK so anyone can contact them for Mortgages etc.

So as to make sure that you know you are getting the best deal, get some quotes from other companies and give them to our guys and they will beat those quotes saving you more than the cost of our help to buy a house.

Over the coming months we are collecting details of trades and services in other areas of the UK so we can point you to a local company.

How about Insurance?

We can give you details of a national company that will more than likely save you money on Buildings and contents insurance, we have not found a company to beat them yet! go to Helpful Links & Info.

Can you help sell my house?

We are buyers agents only but we can direct you to a good Estate Agent that will look after you. However, we do have buyers that may be interested in your property.

We suggest that you have your property valued by 3 separate Estate Agents and then contact us so we can supply your details to our buyers.

We will charge a fee but it will be a whole lot less then the Estate Agent would charge (fee on application).

My Property Will Not Sell

If you can not sell your property, we can also help you make your house more appealing to a buyer, little things you can do that makes the buyer want your property.

Can you help me stop my house being reposed?

NO, but we may be able to point you to a company that can if you act soon enough, most people that get into difficulty with there mortgage leave it to late for anyone to help them. Go To Contact Us Link.

Can your Financial guys help with my failing endowment policy?

Yes, if it is possible, we have helped many people over the past 15 years to save the total loss from bad performing endowments by introducing them to our financial guys, and again it does not matter where you are in the UK to help with this.

Also they will help with old and new pensions.

I don't want to sell and move but I need to raise money to live on.

This is called equity release, many people want to raise money from there property and not move. This can be arranged for you by a firm of (IFA's) Go To Helpful Links & Info.

Should I use the Estate Agents Mortgage Advisor?

We recommend that you use our Independent Mortgage Broker that can find you the best deal on the whole Mortgage market as some Estate Agents can only offer you a small choice of lenders which may not be the best for you.

Why not test them out, go to both and see who provides the best deal!
