Take control of selling or letting your property with our professional sign board offer and save a small fortune!  By using one of our professional company "To Let" or For Sale boards, you save money on the charges normally associated with selling and letting property with high street estate agent.

We supply you with our professional "To Let" or "For Sale" board, the contact number on the board can be your phone number, or our office number. If you use your phone number, all interested people will contact you direct to arrange viewings etc. If you prefer, the board can have our phone number displayed so we can take details of callers, supply the applicants with your property information and arrange viewings for you to show viewers around your property at a mutually convenient time to you both.

We can help you with viewings if needed for local areas, however, if you use option 1 or 2, we charge £35 per viewing, if you think that 10 viewings will only cost you £350 on top of our small fee, you still save many £1000's by using us!

Service Option 1: This option should give you the best results. We supply one of our professional For Sale boards with our contact number and collect inquirers details, arranging viewing times for you, the cost of this service is £750 as a one off payment per property, which is paid only when your property sale completes. Included in this service, your property will be listed on our website, and in other places that attract buyers, we will supply details about your property to the potential buyer and arrange viewings on your behalf, you then meet these potential buyers and show them around your property at a mutually convenient time to suit both of you.

Service Option 2: The one off price for our company For Sale board is £150.00 if the board has your contact number displayed, which comes with a post if needed. You are in total control arranging viewings and answering all callers questions. Included in this price, your property details will appear on our website as a listing which will display your contact details and brief property description that you supply us.

Service Option 3: We act as an estate agent and visit your property to collect the details and photos of your property, we supply our board with our contact number, advertise your property on our, and other websites, also including your property picture and details in local news papers. Our charge for this service is ¾% of the selling price, No Sale, NO Fee!  We do not sign you in to any contracts or trap you into sole agents agreements, so you are free to use all selling mediums.

Rental Service Option : Our "To Let" service costs £150 one off fee. We supply our To Let board at the property, place adverts in the media and promote your rental property on our website. We will find suitable tenants for your property and arrange them moving in, issuing rental contracts etc. We do not charge any further fees per month.
